1. What products can I purchase through ISP*D?

ISP*D International Software Partners GmbH only sells software to resellers. You can find our standard portfolio on our website under the category "vendors"  or in our online shop (https://shop.ispd.de).

If your favorite is not there, we will be glad to get to that product fast and easy for you. Just tell us the product name and the name of the software manufacturer (if available) and we will be glad to make you a customised offer.

2. How can I become a trade partner of ISP*D?

Since we only supply the trade with software and offers are only intended for resellers, please start off by sending us your proof of trade, your precise address and your current contact data by fax to +49 (0)8121 / 795-22 or email to info@ispd.de.

You also have the option of registering online as a reseller. Just visit our online shop (https://shop.ispd.de) and klick on "Register as a new user". Register as a new customer, by keying in your contact data in the appropriate spaces. Don't forget to upload your proof of trade or to send it via e-mail.

After registration and a detailed examination of your proof of trade, you will immediately be given your personal access data for our online shop where you can place your order 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

3. Where can I get current price information?

You can find the prices for our standard portfolio in our online shop (https://shop.ispd.de) and you can also get this information from our sales personnel. You get the log-in data for our on-line shop when you have registered yourself as a trade partner with ISP*D International Software Partners GmbH (see 2).

4. Do I have to accept a minimum purchase quantity?

You do not have to accept any minimum order quantities or generate any minimum turnover volume at ISP*D International Software Partners GmbH. It is up to you alone to decide how many products you want to purchase from ISP*D.

5. How is the first order handled?

Please send your first two orders in writing by email to info@ispd.de or via fax to +49 (0)8121 / 795-22.

6. What payment options do I have?

From your third order on, you will automatically be changed over to invoice purchase with a due date of 14 days.

With the first two orders, we can offer you the following payment options:

• cash on delivery only box-products
  (We charge an additional 6 euros for cash on delivery.)
• cash in advance 
  (We give you an invoice and you transfer the sum to us. You goods will be sent or ordered as soon as we have received the money.)

Please inform us as soon as possible about the way of payment, you would like to choose.

7. How are goods delivered?

ISP*D distinguishes box or ESD deliveries.

All box products (= physical data medium in a cardboard box or DVD box) are sent to you through the post by the service provider DHL including the invoice and delivery note.

We will send all ESD deliveries (=licence key without a data medium) to you by e-mail including the instructions for installing the software and you will be sent the delivery note and invoice by post.

8. How much freight cost do I have to pay?

If you order box or DVD products valued at less than 500 euros (net), you pay 6 euros for shipping costs. This does not apply to ESD orders (= licence key without a data medium) delivered by e-mail.

If you urgently need a box or DVD product, we can also send it by express to you. But we have to invoice you the added shipping costs.

9. How long is the delivery period?

ISP*D International Software Partners GmbH distinguishes box and ESD delivery periods.

If the box product you want is in stock, we will send it to you after we receive your order depending upon the modalities of payment you request. If the box product is not in stock, the delivery may take 3-5 work days depending upon how available the product is from the manufacturer.

If you order an ESD product, we will immediately order the license key from the manufacturer after we receive your order. This means that you will receive the key you want within 24 hours (depending upon the modalities of payment you request).
